The purpose of the House Rules is to define the behaviour between persons present in the Salon and using the services, as well as the basic rules essential for carrying out high-standard, cultured service activities.
- Compliance with current Hungarian legislation and these House Rules is mandatory for everyone present in our salons. The House Rules can be read in the waiting area of our salons and on our website. By booking an appointment, signing the registration form and using our services, our Guests automatically accept the rules of the House Rules.
- We kindly ask our Guests to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere within our salons. Please refrain from loud talking, shouting or any other noisy or disturbing activities (e.g. listening to music on a phone, slamming doors, etc.).
- Please keep the salon clean. It is forbidden to consume crumbly or otherwise polluting foods, strongly scented food and drinks, ice cream, or to smoke inside our salon. Should you notice any cleanliness issue, please notify our staff.
- Please always arrive on time for your treatments. Our specialists see guests one after another, therefore it is particularly important to respect the agreed appointment times. Please note that the booked appointment is the start time of the treatment. A few minutes earlier arrival is required for a punctual start, depending on the service (you may request prior information about this from your specialist).
- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled under the following rules. If you cannot attend your treatment or your attendance is uncertain, please inform us and cancel the booked appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. If you do not show up at the booked time without prior notice, or fail to cancel by 24 hours before the treatment, 50% of the treatment fee (maximum HUF 25,000) will be charged as a no-show penalty.
- In case of lateness, we can only provide treatments that can be professionally completed in the remaining time.
- Please note that all products and services must be paid for immediately; we do not allow purchases on credit. Our prices are not negotiable.
- Unfortunately, our salon is not equipped to supervise children. Please respect the peace of other guests, and if your child requires supervision, arrange for this outside our salon during your treatments. Thank you for your understanding.
- Health is of key importance to us. For the protection of our other guests and staff, please attend treatments only if you are in good health. Our staff are obliged, in case of suspected infection, to wear a protective mask, provide the guest with a protective mask, or even postpone the treatment.
- We do not accept responsibility for valuables left on the premises (including lockers in changing rooms). Guests are requested to take any valuables not needed for the treatment with them into the treatment room.
- Without prior permission from our specialists, it is forbidden to record any images or audio material in our salon.
In case of violation of any point of the House Rules, our staff are obliged to request that the improper behaviour be stopped. If this request is not met, the person concerned must leave our salon, even if this means interrupting the ongoing service.
The House Rules may be unilaterally and immediately amended by the operator at any time.
This version of the House Rules comes into effect on 1 January 2020.
