As you have already become accustomed to, at HV Institute salons we have always ensured exceptionally high standards of hygiene from the very beginning.

From now on, in addition to our basic requirements, we have introduced 11 new, stricter measures for both our staff and guests, so that while you are with us you can enjoy MAXIMUM PROTECTION and our colleagues are safeguarded as well.

• Throughout the salon, certified lemon and tea tree oil air disinfectants operate continuously
• Our salon has two entrances, allowing us to ensure that only one guest is at the reception at a time, so you do not have to come into contact with other guests or beauticians
• Hand and mobile phone sanitisers are placed at the reception and must be used
• Before treatment, we disinfect the face, neck and décolleté with Octenisept
• All surfaces are disinfected every hour with Sanytol spray, including counters, chair armrests, dressing room and treatment cabin surfaces
• Door handles are disinfected three times a day
• Our employees’ clothing is disinfected daily
• After each guest, our colleagues disinfect their face shields and must wear a clean, sanitised mask every day
• Textiles and slippers used in the salon are also disinfected daily
• Every room is ventilated continuously, after each guest
• Outdoor shoes are not allowed in common areas – only shoe covers or disinfected slippers may be worn

We kindly ask all our guests to come to their appointment only if they are completely healthy. Anyone who has travelled abroad in the past month, or has been in contact with someone infected with coronavirus, is asked to postpone their treatment by one month.
