This treatment combines modern skin rejuvenation with the wisdom of thousand-year-old Eastern traditions.

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese method based on the massage of the meridian system. The treatment enhances energy flow along the meridians, clears blockages, and activates blood and lymphatic circulation. As a result, the skin becomes supple, firm, and full of vitality.

The treatment begins with a soothing cleanse, followed by a gentle foaming peel. A nourishing facial oil is then applied to the face, neck, and décolleté. Rich in antioxidants, it slows cellular oxidation, reduces free radical damage, and supports the repair of daily stress, leaving the skin radiant and even-toned.

The Gua Sha facial massage, performed with a water buffalo horn tool, uses gentle pressure and gliding strokes to stimulate circulation, firm the skin, reduce stagnation, and promote deep relaxation.

After the massage, a special cream mask with white kaolin — a gentle, multi-purpose clay that cleanses, soothes, and regenerates — is applied to the face, neck, and décolleté. While the mask takes effect, the hands, scalp, and hair lengths are treated for a complete relaxation experience.

AH Guasha Meridian Spa

The Spa version takes the Guasha Meridian treatment further, extending care to the back and body for a holistic rejuvenating and relaxing ritual.

After an initial cleanse with a foaming peel, the guest is asked to lie face down for a relaxing back treatment. This begins with a Spa salt scrub and foaming cleanser to prepare the skin, followed by a Gua Sha massage with body oil, activating the meridians and ensuring deep relaxation.

The guest then returns to a supine position, and the facial treatment begins with the application of a fine, active facial oil on the face, neck, and décolleté, restoring radiance and evening out skin tone. The Gua Sha massage with the buffalo horn tool is performed, stimulating circulation and lifting the skin while calming the nervous system.

In the Spa version, the treatment extends beyond the face and décolleté to the covered body, combining traditional Eastern energy work with modern skin rejuvenation. The scalp and hair lengths are also treated for complete relaxation.

To close, a special cream or sheet mask enriched with white kaolin is applied to the face, neck, décolleté, and treated body areas. While the mask works, the guest enjoys a hand massage, making the entire experience stress-relieving, deeply relaxing, and beautifying.
